We believe that Mentoring relationships are a key part of our students' success. Our tutors have the opportunity to be a mentor for their students.
We offer our tutors opportunities to participate in fun activities outside of tutoring with their students.
The hope is that these events help build positive relationships between our students and volunteers, who have the chance to speak the truth and love of the Gospel to their students.
The joy of the summer is found in the garden...planting, weeding, harvesting, eating, and laughing.
Our tutors and students have carved pumpkins, played Jeopardy games, roasted marshmallows over a fire, and painted pottery.
When a student has a mentor in their life who believes in them, they in turn believe in themselves!
